Delete your VeraDerm account

In the app
- Open VeraDerm and tap Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
Without the app
Email support@veraderm.app from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my VeraDerm account". We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email. We may ask you to confirm the request if it does not come from the address on the account.
If you subscribe to Premium, cancel your subscription first. Deleting your account does not stop Apple or Google from charging you. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
What is deleted
- your account: name, email address, password hash and plan;
- every signed-in session, on all your devices;
- your monthly scan and AI credit usage;
- your routines, including their products, ratings and notes;
- the copy of your scan history kept on your account;
- AI routine reviews and product conversations we have kept;
- your customer record with our subscription provider, RevenueCat.
What is not deleted
- Information on your phone, such as your skin profile, trigger ingredients and the scan history the app keeps on the device. Delete the app to remove it.
- Product information you submitted, such as ingredient lists for a barcode, stays in the shared product database. It is no longer linked to any account.
- Purchase records held by Apple or Google, which they keep under their own policies.
- Support emails, which are kept for up to 2 years and then deleted.
